Sessions are by appointment only. There are absolutely no walk-in appointments and appointments can only be booked up until 4 hours before calendar availability,
Cancellation Policy: Out of respect for our therapists and other clients, we ask that we receive at least 24 hours notice for all appointment changes and cancellations. not related to illness. While we are aware and empathize that emergencies occasionally happen, we will charge a 100% service fee for any missed or late cancelled appointments that have not given the required notice. Emergencies will be handled on a case by case basis. Thank you so much for understanding.
Illnesses happen, whether to you, or a family member in your care. If you need to cancel due to illness, our policy is 2 hours notice for any appointments before noon of 4 hours for any appointment after 12 noon. We will do our best to reschedule you at a later time. If you sick cancel outside those time frames, you will be charged 50% of the session fee. Emergencies will be treated on a case by case basis.
We do not allow any inappropriate behavior towards our staff. If necessary, the therapist will end the session early and the client will be responsible for the full cost of the appointment.
Our therapists are not able to diagnose or treat any existing conditions, only do their best to relieve your pain and provide relaxation. Please consult a doctor before booking a massage for an underlying condition or injury. And please take your time filling out our intake forms. Thank you!
